a. WRONG mainly because you are interested in the human gene,but also because you want only the coding sequence without the introns.
b. WRONG. Genomic libraries contain introns, and correct splicing to the full coding sequence cannot be ensured.
c. POSSIBLE however the healthy tissue may not express this antigen, and so its cDNA will not appear in the library.
d. BEST if you know how to construct this library or if you can afford buying it from a company that specializes in such projects.
