You have produced DNA from the 4 colonies derived from the kanamycin plate of the Ras reaction using a mini-prep kit  . You then cut the 4 DNAs with PstI to linearize the vector without cutting inside the ras and ran  samples on a 1% agarose gel. Here are your results:
